BELO BEAUTY PRODUCTS delivers beauty products, skincare, makeup, perfumes, hair care, beauty tools and accessories across Qatar. We aim to provide fast, reliable and convenient delivery to our customers.

Delivery Charges

Orders of QAR 150 or more:
Enjoy free delivery within 1 hour across Qatar, subject to delivery availability and location.

Orders below QAR 150:
A QAR 10 delivery charge will apply. These orders will be delivered within a maximum of 24 hours from the time the order is confirmed.

All delivery charges are stated in Qatari Riyals (QAR).

Far or Remote Locations

Standard delivery terms may vary for certain far or remote locations in Qatar. If additional delivery charges or additional delivery time apply to your address, our team will contact you before dispatch to confirm the applicable details.

If you do not agree to an additional delivery charge, you may cancel the order before dispatch without a cancellation fee. Any payment already collected for the cancelled order will be refunded in full, subject to applicable law.

Delivery Time

For orders of QAR 150 or more, we aim to provide delivery within 1 hour across Qatar, subject to product availability, delivery location, traffic and other conditions.

For orders below QAR 150, delivery will be completed within a maximum of 24 hours after the order is confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, high order volumes, incorrect address information or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Delays and Unavailable Products

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and provide an updated delivery estimate.

If a product becomes unavailable, we will not substitute it without your agreement. If we are unable to supply an ordered product, we will refund the payment collected for that product.

Delivery Address and Customer Availability

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the zone, street, building and unit details, where applicable, together with an active telephone number.

Please ensure that you or someone authorized by you is available to receive the order.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may affect delivery time or delivery charges.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailable access, or inability to contact the customer, our team will contact you to arrange the next steps.

Any applicable redelivery charge will be explained and agreed upon in advance.

Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered.

Please provide your order number or proof of purchase and, where reasonably possible, photographs of the affected product or packaging to help us investigate the issue.

Where the issue is attributable to BELO BEAUTY PRODUCTS, we will take appropriate steps to provide the applicable remedy in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable Qatar law.

Nothing in this Shipping & Delivery Policy is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable laws of Qatar.
